Reports with data compiled from sources such as the Tourist Expenditure Survey by the Canarian Institute of Statistics (ISTAC), and Canary Island Tourist Movement over Borders (Frontur-Canarias) aim to understand more about the types of travellers that shape this destination.
The main aim of the information gathered in the FRONTUR Survey carried out by ISTAC is to provide monthly and annual estimates of the number of tourists visiting the Canary Islands, as well as the main characteristics of their trips.
